PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!

A photo copy of ID and a signed wig contract agreement is required to process all orders. We take our responsibility to protect the privacy and confidentiality of customer information.  All information provided during the process and completion of orders is secured is kept confidential. Please click the wig contract link to fill out your contract. Failure to complete within 2 business days of purchase results in cancellation of order. 

 

 

SHIPPING

  • Standard wig orders are fulfilled within 7-14 business days after the date of purchase. ( Keep In Mind If You Use Sezzle There Is An Adiitional 7 Business Days For Payments To Clear Ex: 7-14 + 7 is up to 21 days before getting your order)

 

  • Ready to ship wig orders (only when announced) and hair care products allow 3-5 Business Days

 

  • Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

 

  • A tracking number will be provided to you via email (please make sure your address is entered correctly including apartment numbers. The customer is responsible for re-ship fees for incorrect addresses ).

 

  • Signatures are required for all wig orders. Once your order is with the carrier we are no longer responsible . No refunds, no exchanges UNLESS there is a discrepancy on our end. Please contact us within 5 days and we will correct the mistake.

 

REFUND & PRIVACY POLICY

 

  • No refunds/ No Exchanges

  • In event we have any discrepancies on our end please contact customer service within 5 business days to correct the issue.

  • We're not responsible for any units that are not properly cared for once in your possession. 

  • Orders that are incorrect has 5 calendar days to return in original conditions

 

FAQ

  • Head Measurements are needed and is very important.

  • We are not responsible if you order the wrong size unit.

  • We use the basic head measurement chart below for Small, Medium & Large sizes.

  • Yes, you can wash unit as if it is your own hair; recommend air drying all units

  • Stay away from harsh chemicals.

  • Services with your own hair? MUST HAVE 1 UNUSED Closure is REQUIRED. 2 for bobs otherwise 3 or more bundles hair must be clean and no more than one bundle cut up.

  • We use 100% Virgin Hair Extension with Every Wig Order. (Straight, Deep Wave, & Body Wave)

  • All wigs come with bleached knots, plucked lace, ready to be worn with elastic bands. The type of cap used to create wigs are dome mesh caps.

  • All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted.

  •  We are home based; therefore, we are an online store only.
